Prefabricated mechanical piping, controlled site connections and commissioning support for cooling infrastructure where system integrity and staged delivery matter.
SYSTEMS & DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Built for the service.
Typical scope and project considerations. Final materials, procedures, inspection extent and acceptance criteria are agreed against the approved design and contract.
Chilled & condenser water
Plant-room headers, risers, distribution branches and heat-exchanger connections.
Welding & procedures
Qualified TIG welding for specified stainless steel spools; mechanised or orbital techniques where joint geometry supports them.
Inspection & quality
Dimensional checks, weld examination, specified NDT, pressure testing, flushing and reinstatement records.
Applicable frameworks
Project-selected pressure-piping code, such as AS 4041 or ASME B31.3 where applicable; consultant and equipment specifications.
Glycol circuits
Cooling distribution, pump connections, manifolds and isolation arrangements.
Welding & procedures
Approved procedures suited to material grade, wall thickness, fittings and site access.
Inspection & quality
Leak integrity, material compatibility, flushing acceptance and fluid-fill readiness coordinated with the commissioning team.
Applicable frameworks
Approved piping specification, equipment requirements and project-selected construction code.
CDU & equipment interfaces
Cooling distribution unit connections, heat exchangers and defined liquid-cooling interfaces.
Welding & procedures
TIG / orbital welding where specified; mechanical connections installed to the approved design and OEM instructions.
Inspection & quality
Cleanliness, component compatibility, pressure / leak checks and interface-specific acceptance records.
Applicable frameworks
OEM pressure, cleanliness and water-chemistry requirements; project design basis and adopted piping code.
Staged tie-ins & upgrades
Connections to operating infrastructure and prefabricated valve or pump assemblies.
Welding & procedures
Approved site welding procedures, with planned access, isolation and contamination controls.
Client operational procedures, approved inspection and test plans, and the system’s adopted piping code.
WELDING TO HANDOVER
Control at every stage.
Prefabricate for programme certainty
Coordinate spool dimensions, supports, valve access and equipment loads before installation. Specialist stress and seismic interfaces are resolved through the design team.
Control each connection
Maintain traceable joints and defined examination requirements. Welding method selection follows the material, joint and specification rather than a blanket orbital-welding requirement.
Prepare for commissioning
Coordinate flushing, readiness checks, OEM start-up and balancing interfaces. Staged handover records identify system boundaries and outstanding actions.

WPS (welding procedure specifications), supporting qualification records and welder / operator approvals are established under the project-adopted framework, such as ASME BPVC IX or AS 3992 where applicable.
Project-specific assurance.
Code selection and editions, hygienic requirements and specialist inspection are confirmed for each system. References describe potential project requirements and do not imply CPT organisational certification. Specialist engineering, inspection and validation interfaces are allocated within the agreed delivery scope.
